7-Day Check Warranty

All second-hand laptops come with a 7-day limited check warranty from the date of delivery. This is a testing period for you to ensure that the laptop turns on and functions as promised.

What’s Covered

  • Device not powering on
  • Charging port not working
  • Major keyboard or trackpad failure
  • No display output at all

Not Covered

  • Battery backup time or battery health
  • Operating system, software, drivers, or activation issues
  • Minor cosmetic flaws (scratches, faded keys, etc.)
  • Sound, camera, or speaker-related issues
  • Accidental, water, or physical damage

How to Report a Problem

  2. Provide your order ID and a clear explanation of the issue. Attach photos or videos for quick support.
  3. Our support team will review and guide you on the next steps.

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved after inspection, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement with another working unit of the same or similar model (based on availability)
  • Store credit or partial refund (only if replacement is not possible)

Disclaimer

Warranty becomes void if the item is damaged, mishandled, or returned in a tampered condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Claims after 7 days will not be entertained.
